Camilla Lewis Joins Cineflix

Cineflix today signalled a significant expansion of its UK operations with the announcement that it has appointed Camilla Lewis as Managing Director of Cineflix Productions UK.

Camilla joins the fast-growing producer’s senior management team in September, working alongside Global Creative Director Rob Carey and reporting to CEO of Cineflix Productions Simon Lloyd. She will be tasked with increasing prime-time factual and factual entertainment commissions from all the UK’s major channels.

As Head of Factual Features at TalkbackThames, Camilla oversaw the producer’s factual brands including some of the UK’s biggest rating formats such as Grand Designs, Property Ladder, How Clean is Your House?, Great British Railway Journeys and Four Rooms.

CEO of Cineflix Productions Simon Lloyd said: “Camilla is an exceptional television executive with a strong creative vision, an eye for brilliant ideas and an infectious personality. We’re really pleased that she’ll be joining what is one of the world’s most dynamic and successful senior creative teams.”

Camilla Lewis said: “Out of all the independent producers based in the UK, Cineflix was the ideal choice for a new challenge; it is ambitious, has grown continuously and has a strong and creative international team which has been responsible for some great successes in a short time. I’m looking forward to working alongside such an exciting team to create high profile, high rating hits for the UK market.”
